📍 Where: We meet in-person in Arcadia (super close to the Santa Anita exit off the 210).
👥 Group vibe: Small, closed circle—because real connection and safety matter.
⏰ When: Fridays at 6:00 PM (50-minute sessions).
🗓️ Duration: 8 weeks together.
💲 Cost: $240 for the full 8 weeks (that’s just $30/session)

I’m a therapist, but first and foremost, I’m a parent who knows what it’s like to flee a wildfire with nothing but a suitcase and a heart full of fear. On January 7th, the Eaton Canyon Fire forced my family out of our Altadena home—and into a whirlwind of uncertainty. In the midst of it all, I realized something: trauma doesn’t discriminate, but healing works best when we don’t have to face it alone.
Now, I’m creating a space for our community to process, grieve, and rebuild—together. This group will be a circle of support for those who’ve lived through the same shock, the same losses, and the same stubborn hope that keeps us going.
