If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or weighed down by feelings of inadequacy, you’re not alone.

I’m here to help you navigate these challenges

Ashley McDaniel, MA, LMFT #115550

I specialize in helping teens and adults who feel stuck in patterns of worry, self-doubt & shame, guiding them toward greater self-compassion and peace.

I was once just like you—

Growing up, I often felt misunderstood and carried a weight of not feeling good enough. The pressure I carried to have it all together made me struggle silently. Despite my achievements, I couldn’t shake the anxiety, self-doubt, and sense that something was missing.

It wasn’t until I sought help myself that I began to heal and truly understand my worth.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

Personal Note to Parents

As a mother myself, I know that there’s nothing more we want than our children to be happy and healthy. But sometimes, despite our best efforts, they struggle with things we can’t always see or understand—like anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure to meet expectations. As a therapist, I’ve worked with countless teens and young adults facing these challenges, and I know how overwhelming it can be for parents to watch their child suffer in silence.

That’s why I’m here—to help both you and your child navigate these tough emotions, build a strong sense of self, and create healthier relationships. Together, we can uncover the root of their struggles and find the right tools to help them thrive. You don’t have to do this alone, and neither do they.
