Ashley McDaniel, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #115550

I’m a therapist, but first and foremost, I’m a parent who knows what it’s like to flee a wildfire with nothing but a suitcase and a heart full of fear. On January 7th, the Eaton Canyon Fire forced my family out of our Altadena home—and into a whirlwind of uncertainty. In the midst of it all, I realized something: trauma doesn’t discriminate, but healing works best when we don’t have to face it alone.

Now, I’m creating a space for our community to process, grieve, and rebuild—together. This group will be a circle of support for those who’ve lived through the same shock, the same losses, and the same stubborn hope that keeps us going.

If you’re feeling lost, exhausted, or just need to talk to someone who gets it, I’m here. Let’s walk this road together—one step, one breath, one shared story at a time.
